Police have charged a local man following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the Delnite area during the evening of Oct. 9. Timmins Police have charged a local man with a Criminal Code offence following an incident that occurred on Oct. 9. The suspect allegedly approached a young pedestrian in an unprovoked manner and threatened to harm her. Based on investigation, the suspect was identified and charged. The incident occurred in the Delnite area.

It revealed the suspect approached a young pedestrian in an unprovoked manner and uttered a threat to her. Based on investigation, the suspect was identified.
